K 2016: Pre-K Multi-Client Press Conference

From June 8-10, 2016 EMG will host its regular Pre-K Multi-Client Press Conference at the Antwerp Hilton Hotel. One- and two-hour briefing slots are available across the three days for each company to hold tailored activities with the invited media.

When K 2016 opens its doors to the plastics and rubber industry one year from now, it won’t be easy to catch the eyes and ears of the right visitors for your business. Our experience – and that of our clients – shows that getting the attention of editors well ahead of K is a sure-fire way to maximize pre-show visibility and raise interest in your participation and news, to encourage visitors to your stand to find out more.

That’s why we are once again offering our clients advance access to top editors from  the European, Asian and North American chemicals and plastics press at an exclusive pre-K media briefing event.

And we can advise you on  the best way to engage and interact with the attendees. For example, through general presentations,  Q&A sessions,  sponsoring a lunch/dinner or 1-on-1 interviews. From the past four pre-K press events we have held, we know that editors appreciate the chance to gather  a wide spread of news and detailed company information in a short period of time with minimal travel. For participating companies, the guaranteed audience of key international editors plus sharing of conference facilities and journalist expenses means lower investment than for an individually-organised event. Impressions from our 2013 Pre-K event speak for themselves.

Being ahead of the pack with your stories can achieve multiple mentions in K previews and the key plastics publications, and puts you top-of-mind with the editors and readers that matter. With 10+ years of K shows and Pre-K press event experience,  we can help you achieve maximum exposure in the run-up and during the K 2016.
